There are multiple ways to book with us! But, the best way is to submit the form at the bottom of this page or send us a message on Facebook. Simply provide the name of the resort, unit type and size, the dates of travel, and your information, and we will get right back with you!

No, unfortunately not. Our deals are sooo good; we are not able to offer cancellation on any of our rentals. Every reservation is non-cancelable, non-refundable, and non-transferrable. However, on your own, you may purchase additional travel insurance to protect your trip.
Due to the nature of our deals, the full balance for the rental is due at the time of booking. However, we do accept PayPal's Pay-in-Four. You may sign up with PayPal for that option and then make payment on your invoice using that option.
Once we receive your booking request, provided that the unit is still available, we will send you a PayPal invoice for the total amount of the rental, which may be paid via debit / credit card or PayPal account. The terms and conditions of the rental are detailed in that invoice. (Please only send your information when you are READY to pay, as our inventory changes rapidly and our invoices expire after 1 hour. We are not able to hold units.)
After payment is received, we will reserve the unit for you and send you the confirmation email, and you will be ALL SET to enjoy your time away.
We do our best to disclose all the additional fees that the resorts share with us. We list them on our Facebook posts and on our website. (As we know, it's no fun to show up at the front desk and still owe something extra...)
However, resort fees that are paid upon check-in are becoming more and more common, so it is possible for us to miss something. Please contact the resort prior to booking with us to ensure that no additional fees will be charged upon check-in.
No, the price listed is the price that we charge you for the rental! We do not charge a reservation fee!
However, due to the rising costs of everything (including vacation rentals), we have implemented a processing charge. The amount of the charge will vary based on the payment method that you select. Sonlight Vacations does not keep any of the payment processing charge!
This is probably the question that most people want to ask us! The answer is actually quite simple. Most vacation suppliers have more rentals than they are able to book to retail customers (meaning customers who book through the popular websites.) So, what happens with the unused rentals? They sit empty. So, we work with various suppliers to bring you the BEST deals!
